John M. Schroeder, born in 1960, is a multifaceted individual with a colorful life journey. From his early days of clever entrepreneurship on the playground to his achievements in academics and sports at Mater Dei High School, John’s path has been marked by leadership and determination.
After graduating from the University of Southern Indiana, John founded Schroeder Landscape and Aquatic Nursery, a thriving business that became a cornerstone of his professional success. Alongside his business endeavors, John remained deeply involved in his community, serving on various boards and engaging in philanthropic activities.
Family has always been at the core of John’s life, with his marriage to Tamara Gayle Weiss and the proud parenting of three sons, Quinn, Branson, and Dawson, who all contributed to the family business.
In 2024, John embarked on new ventures, including launching the “Trespassing Aloud” podcast and starting a consulting business for synthetic turf. His vision for the future includes creating a Confidence Academy and inspiring others to dream big while having fun along the way, all while emphasizing the importance of confidence, patience, and respect (CPR) in achieving one’s dreams.

- Graduate of the University of Southern Indiana, BS Communications, Psychology Minor
